Expected Profit Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Member”) and Expectedprofit.net (“Website”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must cease using the Website immediately.
Our services are designed to address the individualized requirements of each client, with a focus on analyzing and mitigating gambling-related risks through the application of mathematical risk management and diversification strategies. The majority of our operational activities, approximately 95%, are dedicated to administrative functions, including the systematic review and analysis of betting promotions and events, the construction of mathematical models to evaluate market risks, the preparation of concise reports for client comprehension, and the reconciliation of actual versus anticipated profit or loss metrics to identify and rectify any inconsistencies. The remaining 5% of our time is allocated to direct client interaction, which involves providing summaries of analytical findings and responding to inquiries, forming the advisory component of the services rendered.
Definitions
Nature of Services
Expectedprofit.net is not a bookmaking or wagering site. We do not accept or facilitate bets, nor do we provide financial or investment advice. The Website exclusively offers advisory and administrative services aimed at betting harm reduction. Members acknowledge that betting involves risks, including the potential loss of all funds wagered.
Membership Requirements
By accessing or using the Website, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age and shall only place bets with Licensed Betting Service Providers. You agree to comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including those of Australia and New Zealand, and to be bound by these Terms.
Communication
All bet placements shall be signaled by the Client using a thumbs-up emoji on WhatsApp. If a bet is signaled but not placed, the Client shall provide a printout or video of their account statement to verify. Failure to provide verification shall result in suspension of services and a withdrawal instruction.
Fee and late payment penalties
Fee shall only be payable if profit is positive. A fee of 20% of any profit, as defined above, is payable to Expected Profit within 10 working days of a withdrawal instruction. If payment is not made within this period, a penalty of 10% of the owed fee per week, compounded weekly, shall be enforced to cover the costs (administrate and opportunity costs, among others). Interest at 12.5% per annum shall also be applied, in compliance with the National Credit Code (AU) and Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act 2003 (NZ). Failure to make payment shall result in the suspension of services and further legal action where necessary. Additionally, the Client acknowledges and agrees that any unpaid amounts may be reported to credit reporting agencies in compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Australia) and the Credit Reporting Privacy Code (CR Code) or the Credit Reporting Regulations 2004 (New Zealand), which may affect the Client’s credit rating and ability to obtain future credit.
Withdrawal Restrictions
Withdrawals shall only be permitted when a pre-agreed milestone has been reached. The client shall only place bets that are part of a pre-agreed strategy.
If the client wishes to withdraw before reaching a milestone, consent of the withdrawal from Expected Profit must be requested and granted via email. Withdrawals made without consent shall incur a penalty of 20% of the withdrawal amount to cover administrative costs. These restrictions are compliant with the Fair Trading Act 1986 (NZ) and the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Bet restrictions
The client and Expected Profit shall agree what bets shall be part of their strategy in advance, for each betting account. If Expected Profit expects that other bets have been placed, the client must provide a printout or video of their account statement to verify. Losses from unapproved bets shall incur a penalty of 20% of the withdrawal amount to cover administrative costs.
Termination and Notice Period
All bets must be settled, bookmaker balances withdrawn, and any due fees paid before termination.
Members intending to terminate their membership must provide written notice of 28 days before the termination date. Failure to comply with this notice period shall result in a penalty fee of 40% of the remaining balance or fees owed. This provision ensures fairness and transparency in compliance with AU and NZ laws..
